The details on the backpack are beautiful and inspiring, but after less than 2 days, an ornament attached to the main compartment's zipper fell off (the tiny screw is not easily replaced, so there is little to be done to reattach the ornament to the zipper, and without it, it's difficult to open the compartment).
With this being the 3rd Anekke bag I have purchased, and an absolute favourite thus far, it greatly saddened me that it is the only one that was damaged, and after a mere day at that. For the price that it sells for, despite the outstanding design, I must rate it with a lesser score due to the damage.
It would be of great help if we could at least be sent the screw that is needed to reattach the ornament and use the product as it was designed.
